The phrase “a family company” describes the kind of company we are. It also describes our unique culture, which focuses on respect and inclusion, helping people balance their professional and personal lives, fostering growth and ensuring the well-being of everyone by helping those in need in the communities where we live and work and in developing countries around the world.
DOMA employees are involved in a myriad of charitable and not-for–profit organizations such as, Make a wish Foundation, American Cancer Society, and the Foodbank. We also support our veterans through Wounded Warrior and Shadow Warrior programs. We view these activities as our heartfelt responsibility to help shape the future of America.
DOMA supports the international children and medical charity Operation Smile who does work in more than 45 countries, orphanages in countries such as Bolivia, and the World Wild Life Fund.
