Benefits

DOMA offers a highly competitive benefit package. Our package covers immediate needs, including medical and dental benefits, as well as more future-based needs, such as a 401(k) savings plan.  Most benefits are effective the first of the month following the employee’s first 30 days of employment. The following is a brief description of company benefits.

Medical Care

DOMA offers employees a health care plan to all full time employees. As with all our benefits, employees are eligible for coverage the first day of the month following the first 30 days of employment. The medical program is designed to pay a percentage of the usual customary and reasonable expenses after an annual deductible has been met. DOMA participates in deferring the medical premium costs for the employee only.  Any deduction made through to family coverage is done pre-tax.

Dental Care

DOMA offers group dental insurance to all full time employees. The coverage will become effective the first of the month following the first 30 days of employment. The insurance provides for an employee co-payment for most covered services after the deductible has been met. DOMA participates in deferring the dental premium costs for the employee only.  Any deduction made through to family coverage is done pre-tax.

401 (K) Retirement Plan

Employees may defer pre-tax dollars, up to the allowable limit under current law.

Short-Term Disability Insurance

DOMA offers Short Term Disability to all full time employees and is designed to partially replace lost wages if an employee is unable to work. DOMA pays the premium for this employee benefit.

Long-Term Disability Insurance

DOMA offers a long term disability insurance to all full time employees.  Coordinated with the short-term disability coverage, long term disability typically is available after 90 days and designed to partially replace lost wages if an employee is unable to work. DOMA pays the premium for this employee benefit.

Group Term Life, AD&D Insurance

Through DOMA's carrier, a designated beneficiary may receive the equivalent of $100,000, in the event of employee's loss of life due to illness or an accident. DOMA pays the premium for this coverage.

Holidays and Vacation

It is integral to DOMA’s mission to afford employees the opportunity for balance in their personal and professional life by ensuring applicable time away from work with pay. Full time employees receive:

  • Ten (10) regularly scheduled company-wide holidays;
  • Eighty (80) Hours Vacation after one full year of employment.
