The quality assurance phase runs concurrently with scanning and is performed by our quality control managers on separate imaging workstations. This quality control is typically performed daily to ensure that any inconsistencies can be immediately noted and rectified. We document our findings with logs and reports delivered directly to you. Both automated and manual validity checks on index data are performed and uploaded to our servers for retrieval.
