As part of Vision 2021, DOMA Technologies is striving to double its sales in 3 years. For DOMA to keep pace with consistent revenue growth it is going to take a collaborative effort between marketing, communications, and sales, unlike anything DOMA has executed before. Coordinating that effort is no easy task, and it is with these lofty goals in mind that DOMA is excited to welcome Anthony Malangone aboard as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
As Chief Revenue Officer, Anthony will be playing a pivotal role in how DOMA manages its revenue streams. Under his guidance, DOMA’s sales and marketing/communications teams will be building a holistic strategy to increase sales and foster better customer engagement. A CRO helps to not only break down silos within the sales pipeline but also to improve the customer experience. In many ways sales stagnation and customer experience are interlinked. In better serving the customer through targeted communications and more consistent follow-up, DOMA hopes to see sales increase in tandem with customer satisfaction.

Anthony joins DOMA with a breadth of experience that makes him aptly suited to fill the many roles of a CRO. He spent over 15 years working for Google as a Senior Account Executive, a Tech Industry Manager, and ultimately as Head of Industry for Business to Business (B2B) Technology. In his role as Head of Industry at Google, he spent eight years generating sales, synchronizing marketing outreach, and building brand awareness for Google’s B2B technologies.
Selling services can often be more difficult than promoting a tangible product. Business process optimization is highly important but difficult to capture and quantify for potential customers. Anthony’s analogous experience selling this category of services at Google has made the transition to DOMA an easy one. He has already demonstrated a deep understanding of the market challenges DOMA is facing and has come aboard ready with creative solutions and valuable insight.
