DOMA currently holds a contract through Newport News Public Schools (NNPS) for document conversion and management that incorporates the cooperative clause in accordance with Code of Virginia §2.2-4304. This is a two year contract (6/30/2014-6/30/2016 ) with eight(8) one-year option periods.

Document Conversion and Management
Schedule 36 offers document conversion services that can help you convert your paper documents, microfilm, drawings and other media into easily retrievable electronic formats (SIN 51-506, Document Conversion Services) as well as records management services (SIN 51-504, Records Management Services) to enable you to store, access, and share electronic records.
GSA Schedule 70
Services under Schedule 70 includes resources and facilities management, database planning and design, systems analysis and design, network services, programming, conversion and implementation support, network services project management, data/records management, and other services relevant to 29CFR541.400.
GSA’s new “Health IT Special Item Number (SIN)” is now incorporated as part of DOMA’s overall Schedule 70 contract, GS-35F-178DA. A key feature of this SIN is that it supports the Federal Health IT Strategic Plan to expand adoption of Health IT services, reduce prices, advance secure and interoperable health information solutions, and strengthen healthcare delivery systems. Services under the Health IT SIN (132 56) includes a wide range of Health IT services to include connected health, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics, personal health information management, innovative Health IT solutions, health informatics, emerging Health IT research, and other Health IT services.
